Upon entering the master bedroom you will immediately feel relaxed with an ocean view, king bed, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, 55 LCD TV, en-suite master bath with shower tub combo and a private covered balcony for relaxing. 1st guest bedroom features an ocean view, king bed that can convert to twins if needed, 45 inch LCD TV and access to the covered patio via sliding glass doors. 2nd guest bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. You'll want to spend plenty of time on the patio grilling burgers on the gas grill or just soaking in the sun. Outdoor seating for 4 (room for extra chairs if needed) Comcast Cable HD Premium unlimited with movie channels and High-Speed WIFI. Private community pool and outside shower area. Sawgrass Beach Club is just a few steps from this condo. Assigned parking under the building. Sorry, no dogs allowed, but the owner will consider cats on a case by case basis with pet fee. One month minimum rental term required. Access to Sawgrass Country Club membership may be available- please inquire for more information. Some amenities may not be available without the purchase of temporary membership to Sawgrass Country Club. No pets.
