Guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed & access to front porch, second guest bedroom has trundle & access to front porch also. The guest bath has shower tub combo. The kitchen is fully appointed and stocked with cookware & accessories,. Dining has seating for 4, w/ additional seating at bar. Family room also has access to the large screened in back porch. Cable, Internet, WI-FI, full size washer & dryer and so much more! Beach House has a marsh front community pool for guest use and is located near public PVB beach access. Close to Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville Beaches, historic St Augustine, Downtown Jacksonville, Mickler’s Landing etc. Rates do not include taxes, cleaning fees, reservation fees and damage protection fees. $75 electric fee per month. All other utilities are included with the rent. Availability dates vary. Call for details. Pet allowed on a case by case basis and only with owner approval. 1 month minimum rental.
