Fourth bedroom has a king, 43" Smart TV, standard closet and ceiling fan with light. Guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with beautiful tile flooring, tub / shower combo and single vanity. The garage is not available for guest parking or cabinet storage. Owner stores a boat, golf cart and other personal items in garage year-round and garage cabinets are locked. Two assigned parking spaces located directly outside of the garage. Communal parking area for guests or additional parking needs is located directly outside and across the road from the condo. Access to Sawgrass Country Club membership may be available- please inquire for additional information. Some amenities may not be available without the purchase of Sawgrass Country Club membership. Condo is located within walking distance of Sawgrass Country Club member pools, tennis and fitness facilities. Community amenities for guests not purchasing membership to Sawgrass Country Club include community pool, community playground and walk-in beach access. Short walk or bike ride to the beach. Close to shopping and fine dining. No Cats or other exotic animals permitted. Owner may accept a dog on a case by case basis with approval. Owner approved dog will require a non-refundable pet fee and a refundable pet deposit. Owner may consider 2 dogs with an increased non-refundable pet fee per dog and increased pet deposit per dog and owner approval. Available as a short term furnished rental by the month from June- September. Owner may consider a weekly rental, but approval is required. Owner may consider a rental beginning in May on occasion. Rates are subject to change for holidays and special events. $75 electric fee per month. All other utilities included.
