There is a $65 fee for each occupant over 18 years of Age. All occupants over the age of 18 must complete a full application package.
If you are interested in renting one of our available properties you may download our rental application packet by selecting the link below. Please complete all sections of the rental application. Employment verification forms must be completed by employer if applicable. Previous rental verification forms must be completed by current or previous landlord if applicable.
We accept Visa, MC, Discover, Debit Card or check payment for Credit Applications. Completed forms can be emailed or faxed back to agent.
