Jacksonville Beach

The Jacksonville Beach Fishing Pier offers visitors close up views of the Atlantic Ocean and anglers access to deep-water species of fish. Open from 6 AM to 10 PM, it has a concession and bait shop, restrooms, and is
wheel-chair accessible.  The pier is located oceanfront at North 1st Street North and 5th Avenue.

The Jacksonville Beach Golf Club is a municipal golf course is located east of the Intracoastal Waterway in Jacksonville Beach. Over the last several years the City of Jacksonville Beach has spent a lot time and money revamping this great beach layout. Built in 1959 Jacksonville Beach Golf Club is one of the only public access courses on Jacksonville’s Beaches.

Adventure Landing on Beach Boulevard is east of the Intracoastal Waterway. The park includes a water park with slides, a lazy river,
a go-kart track, miniature golf, laser tag arena, batting cage and an arcade with a wide variety of games, and a a full snack bar. The park is open seven days a week from 10 am to 2 am. Prices vary for different activities.

Atlantic Beach

The City of Atlantic Beach has two miles of white sandy beach with 14 ocean accesses. In addition to the beach, the City has
sixty-five acres dedicated to parks, including the Dutton Island Preserve on the intercoastal waterway.

Jack Russell Park, one of Atlantic Beach’s most frequently used parks, rests on 12 acres and consists of a large picnic pavilion (available by reservation), 6 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, 2 playground areas, 2 baseball diamonds, a full basketball court, and a soccer field.

The Oceanside Rotary Skate Park is also located at Russell Park.
Russell Park is home to the Atlantic Beach Athletic Association (baseball), First Coast Soccer, and a variety of tennis clinics and lessons. Atlantic Beach has an artsy small town flair with the town center being the heart of the beach.
